Chair yoga

Accessible to all Chair Yoga is a fantastic opportunity to experience all the benefits of yoga without getting out of your comfort zone.


The chair is a tool – it provides support for yoga exercises.

It helps with improving:

Chair Yoga releases tension, builds stamina and strength with a gentle and relaxing approach. Feel comfortably stretched, lengthened, and recharged.


Yoga classes and personal lessons

I run a blend of traditional and modern yoga programmes to allow clients to relax, improve mobility and stretch at their own pace. My sessions are for all levels, giving feedback and tips to help everyone improve and achieve more from their classes.

I also run one-to-one sessions for people who want to use yoga for specific goals or healing or for those who want to target improvements quickly.

Restorative yoga

Destress and find calm. Life is full of stress. Sometimes, we all want to find the off switch; to find a moment to breathe; and to just be.

Restorative yoga is the ultimate way to relax. Sometimes nicknamed “adult nap time”, it uses very gentle positions that are fully supported with bolsters, cushions and blankets. Participants just let go and relax.
