Never dull

Just because our classes are gentle, doesn't mean they are dull. Our clients help each other have fun and stay motivated as we work on strength, balance, and coordination through a series of chair-based and standing exercises. Improving your arm and leg strength will help you stay safe and active in your own home and get the most out of life.

Class structure

Each class starts with a round of routines performed while sitting in a chair. We then move on to some gentle standing aerobic routines (optional) followed by some band, balance, and chair work for arms and legs. There are plenty of breaks and no pressure to continue if you feel the exercises are too much. You know what you're capable of and you can always take a seat and rest whenever you feel the need. Our classes are always full of lovely, supportive people who are going through the same things, so there's no pressure at all.

A unique opportunity

Few instructors offer classes for this age group, so this is a unique opportunity. I have the experience and knowledge to teach fitness in a safe, fun way and I am passionate about helping older adults maintain healthy, active lifestyles.
