Postural stability & consultation

Stability is important for staying safe in your own home. I am a trained PSI (Postural Stability Instructor) who helps people with Parkinson's, balance problems, and other conditions to improve stability and prevent falls. Find out how fitness classes can benefit you or a loved one. I offer a free initial consultation at your home, during which I discuss your needs and goals, as well as any conditions you may have. My sessions are tailored around the types of exercise you prefer. The most important thing is that you enjoy the exercises and feel the benefits as soon as possible. There's no point in doing exercises you aren't going to enjoy.

Tailored for your needs

Drawing on my extensive training, I tailor each one-to-one session to your functional ability, fitness level, and health conditions. Each session is light-hearted and fun, with absolutely no pressure. We understand that some days are better than others and we go at your pace.
