Fitness is important at any age. At Active Future in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, we run exercise classes and one-to-one sessions for clients of all ages, including the elderly. Whether you want to be able to walk unaided to the shops or run a 10-km race, we help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.

Our owner, Charlotte Fairs, is a highly qualified fitness instructor with more than 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She has extensive experience working with older adults and is a very motivational and caring person. Her goal is that clients both enjoy their exercise and see great results.

The aim is to help people get active and then keep them active.
