Life is chemistry. Food is the foundation of all our health and what we eat greatly impacts how well we live.


Scientists are increasingly finding links between our gut microbiome, the food we eat and long-term health conditions.


My role as a nutrition and lifestyle coach is as an expert & educator is to analyse and interpret information gathered from your questionnaire about your current nutrition and lifestyle status.


From this I can identify potential interventions and recommendations and teach you, provide you with the skills you need.

 

Together we will create a Precision Nutrition Plan that works for you to support and work towards achieving your goals.

 

My aim is to make it easy for you to make important nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve your health and well-being.

 

As your Ally I will help you facilitate a plan. We will assess your readiness to change. Provide you will tools. And decide how long the journey will take.
