Beginners can use a single 4 kg bell and work their way up in 2 kg increments over the weeks and months. The extra weight takes your workout to the next level, making you quicker and stronger. Whether you're doing lunges, squats, or cardio, kettle bells are a powerful way to incorporate both arms and legs into the same movement.

Each kettlebell class lasts 1 hour (includes an extend stretch and conditioning cool down) and costs just £9.50 on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can save money by booking a six-week block of consecutive sessions for just £50. Our instructor has been teaching kettlebells for seven years and has been a fitness instructor for more than a decade. She teaches each client how to properly use the kettle bells without injury and is always available to answer questions before or after the session.
